Little Villa de Aguiar, 17 jul (Lusa) — The tourism project that includes a rural village and campsite, building in Sabrosa up 2015, will cost three million euros, announced today the municipality.
The design of the rural village, which will be installed along the dam of Falperra, includes the construction of a dozen lodging properties ( bungalows), restaurant and winery typical, square for events, bathing area, playground, Roman baths and a museum space.
This resort will be a space of interpretation with Roman ruins and tower lookout.
It also included the construction of a biological pool, with natural water and it will adapt to the rocky outcrop so dam.
The campsite will extend over 4.000 m, with 2.600 square feet of space for tents and caravans.
This park also includes building support for campers, toilets and reception spaces.
The Mayor of Sabrosa, Domingos Dias, said today that the city seized this project because it is of “particular importance” for “atrair turismo” the whole region and “throughout the year”.
He also stressed that the rural village will work “a system that is both self-sustaining”.
Domingos Dias stressed that investment is geared to attract families, with activities for children and also for adults, with the realization of planned activities, fairs and other cultural events.
The design of the rural village and campsite represents a total investment of three million euros, reimbursed in 2,4 million euros by the European community. The local authority will have to pay the remaining 600 thousand euros.
The camera provides that the works are completed in January 2015.
